PAYMENTS
All payments are completed with Stripe services. All paperwork must be sent within 7 days of purchase.
After 15 days from purchase, there will be NO refunds or plans completed by the coach if the client did not send the information packet.
You are eligible for a refund if you did not yet receive your customized plan from me!
There are no refunds after a plan has been actually received.
Why no refund for this? Hours have been spent writing your customized program and for the digital downloads! I appreciate you, appreciating my hard work!
There is a 3 month commitment requirement for each one on one coaching program.
After the 3 months you decide to no longer continue, please email bshaefit@gmail.com to end recurring membership 14 days prior to billing to stop billing.
If you choose to cancel before the contract term is reached you will be billed the remaining balance, by enrolling in this plan you agree to these terms.
VACATIONS
Your coach may take 1 to 2 week offs, at any time, depending on circumstances of birth, illness, or vacation throughout an annual time period. It is understood that programs might have a delay in updates and a weekly check-in may be skipped for that week and not made up.
As a client, there are no “pauses” or “holds” to programs for your own personal illness, injury, or vacations. It’ll be assumed you continue once recovered or return from vacation.
There will be no refunds once a program has started.

BSHAEFIT LLC does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

TEAM BSHAEFIT reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
