Plan includes 12 weekly check-ins with Brittni & Justin to address relationship goals as well as nutrition/exercise based goals. Check-ins are on a designated day Monday-Friday.
A weekly pillar is included on check-ins to encompass a healthy relationship.
Includes customized macronutrients per client in the couple.
Macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates, and protein) will be calculated based on clients prior habits, fitness regiment, and goals.
Client will learn how to monitor food intake by using a scale and food tracking app.
A macronutrient cheat sheet, grocery list, quick cooking tips, and additional weekly healthy eating tips will be included in the program.
Includes an individualized training program to be utilized over the course of 4 weeks and then updated (three 4 week training blocks) - weight lifting and cardio included - based upon clients goals, prior exercise frequency, and fitness level.
Combination workouts will be provided to be completed together at least once a week or for the full period depending on couples goals, preferences, and plan.
We encourage cardio together if possible as well!
